2019 A Year of Change – 7 Things to Focus On

Last month I left my job of over 36 years which was a massive change for me.

I no longer work in an office and work with my gorgeous wife in her businesses.  I will spend a lot more time outdoors and I will look at changing other areas of my life –

  1. Zero Waste – reduce the amount of waste we produce as a family to be as low as possible, especially plastic.
  2. Low Tox Life -Reduce the amount of chemicals we use at home.
  3. Minimalist – Buy less stuff and reduce the amount of stuff we have.
  4. Mindfulness – Take note of things around me.  Listen fully to other people.
  5. Vegan – trying this for Lent.  I have been vegetarian for more than 30 years so I will see how this feels
  6. Alcohol – I have reduced the amount I drink but I am going to give up alcohol for Lent.
  7. Sleep – set a good pattern to help me get my rest.
